Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using any app published by Nostios, or by accessing nostios.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps or website.
Our Apps
Nostios publishes apps for iOS including Resonance, Block Tower, and Trap the Dot. All apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do our best to keep things working well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your Data
Our apps store data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your data. You are solely responsible for backing up and managing your own data. Uninstalling an app permanently deletes all associated data from your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding associated with Nostios and its apps are owned by Nostios. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our apps or website without permission.
App Store
Our apps are distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the App Store is also governed by Apple's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nostios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or website. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
